Resumes are kept on file for six months.

What types of positions are available?
Depending upon the office location, we have full-time and part-time positions available.

Where does Ruesch have offices?
Ruesch International is headquartered in Washington, DC and has offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, London, Zurich, and Prague.

Does Ruesch have any telecommuting or non-office based positions?
The majority of Ruesch associates work in one of our offices. Some associates, depending on their position and specific work arrangement, are able to telecommute for part of their work hours but this is atypical. We also have a few Senior Sales positions that are non-office based but which report to our Corporate Headquarters in DC. These positions, when available, are noted as such in our Current Opportunities listings.

Are there opportunities to work abroad?
Ruesch does not hire individuals to work outside their home country unless they have a valid work permit or visa for the country they wish to relocate to. Ruesch does not typically sponsor associates for visas or work permits unless it is considered to be mutually beneficial for the company and the associate's professional development.

What is the company dress code?
Ruesch offices require business casual dress for all associates. Associates are permitted to wear jeans on Fridays when their specific job duties do not require otherwise.

What benefit packages are available through Ruesch?
Ruesch offers its associates a variety of highly competitive benefits. Some benefits are entirely paid by the company, while the associate has the option to fund other benefits in part or in full. Some benefit examples include:
  • Medical / Dental / Vision / Prescription Drug Plan
  • Flexible Spending Accounts for both Medical and Dependent Care
  • Life Insurance / AD&D / Short-Term Disability / Long-Term Disability
  • Voluntary Term Life Coverage
  • 401(k) Savings Plan
  • Legal Services
  • Car, Home, and Renters Insurance
  • Alternative Health Care Discount Plans
  • Pet Care Discount Plans
  • Tuition Reimbursement

Because standard benefit practices vary so widely in each country we operate in, our specific benefit offerings vary by location. Full details can be provided upon request.

Is there a formal training program for new hires?
New associates in our Sales departments participate in nine-week training program to prepare them for their position. The training includes a one-week pre-training component which takes place in their home office, two weeks of sales training in Washington, DC, and a six-week follow up program. All sales associates are required to successfully complete the training program in full. Non-sales employees receive position specific training in their office.

Are there ongoing professional development training opportunities?
Ruesch offers job specific and industry related training on a periodic basis. Associates are also able to receive tuition assistance for higher education or specialized coursework in their discipline. In addition, all employees have free access to an online learning tool to improve their skills in Microsoft Office programs.
