Ruesch International is recruiting Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to join its global Client Relationship Management team selling cutting edge, real time global payments systems to an assigned group of existing customers. The positions will be located in our Chicago, D.C., Los Angeles, and Toronto offices. Responsibilities The Client Relationship Manager position is an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to use their initiative and drive to produce extraordinary results. The position is responsible for overseeing and growing an account portfolio of high volume clients using a range of company tools to resolve account management and payment issues. There will be significant phone interaction with clients and documentation of orders and client status.
