Ruesch International is recruiting Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to join its global Client Relationship Management team selling cutting edge, real time global payments systems to an assigned group of existing customers. The positions will be located in our Chicago, D.C., Los Angeles, and Toronto offices. Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Manager position is an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to use their initiative and drive to produce extraordinary results.  The position is responsible for overseeing and growing an account portfolio of high volume clients using a range of company tools to resolve account management and payment issues. There will be significant phone interaction with clients and documentation of orders and client status.

  1. The position requires the ability to engage in a consultative sales process, analyze account activity and international payment needs to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the client.
  2. CRMs are responsible for working closely with sales executives to ensure seamless support for the client.
  3. CRM’s develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer more appropriate solutions and analyze foreign payment needs to customize our global business payment systems.
  4. The CRM will be responsible for their individual portfolio growth and the retention of their client base.

Requirements

  1. 1 year of relevant work experience
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  3. General knowledge of financial markets
  4. Strong computer skills and appreciation for the power of technology
  5. Willingness to embrace different and ever changing technologies
  6. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  7. Strong problem solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  8. Results oriented, self-motivated, and can-do attitude
  9. Ability to work on a book of business
  10. Proven ability to meet goals
  11. For Toronto position only, ability to speak French is a plus
