Client Relationship Manager - Legal/University Sales

Ruesch International is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join its global Client Relationship Management team selling cutting edge, real time global payment and receipt systems to an assigned market of Universities and Law firms. The position will be located in our Washington, DC office. Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Manager position is an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to use their initiative and drive to produce extraordinary results.  The position is responsible for overseeing and growing an account portfolio of Legal and University clients’ domestic and international payment needs using a range of company tools to resolve account management and payment issues. There will be significant phone interaction with clients and documentation of orders and client status.

  1. The position requires the ability to engage in a consultative sales process, analyze account activity and international payment needs to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the client.
  2. CRMs are responsible for working closely with sales executives to ensure seamless support for the client.
  3. CRM’s develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer more appropriate solutions and analyze foreign payment needs to customize our global business payment systems.
  4. The CRM will be responsible for their individual portfolio growth and the retention of their client base.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year University in Marketing and/or Finance
  2. General knowledge of financial markets
  3. Strong computer skills and appreciation for the power of technology
  4. Willingness to embrace different and ever changing technologies
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  6. Strong problem solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  7. Results oriented, self-motivated, and can-do attitude
  8. Ability to work on a book of business
  9. Proven ability to meet goals
