Client Services Representative

Description
The client service representative is responsible for servicing client accounts and individual VIP clients by responding to incoming calls, taking orders and resolving account discrepancies. When market conditions dictate, they may also make proactive calls to clients. Working in a team environment, they will initially provide marketing and back-up support for the Senior Sales Executives and Senior Relationship Managers. The position requires the ability to offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the clients needs along with the ability to multi-task while focusing on exceptional client service.

Requirements
1 – 2 years experience of telephone based B2B client services is required. Education should be to degree level. Excellent communication skills and interest in current affairs is essential.
