Ruesch International is recruiting a Corporate Account Manager (CAM) to join its global sales team selling cutting edge, real time global payments systems. The position will be located in our New York City office. Responsibilities
- Individuals in this role will be responsible for acquiring and developing new business within a specified territory
- Understand currency markets and how Ruesch’s products and services apply to business and create value for the customer
- Market and promote our global business payment solutions to Corporate Treasurers, Controllers, Cash Managers, and CFOs at organization ranging from mid-size companies to large multinationals
- Work with the Vice President of Sales and the Regional Sales Director to develop tactics that will increase revenue
- Maintain up-to-date prospects and sales activity data using our Customer Relationship Management system
- Maintain collaborative relationships with all members of Sales, Trading and Client Relationship Management to help nurture and sustain new business opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience selling within a financial services marketplace is an asset
- Substantial and demonstrated success in lead generating through customer prospecting (cold calling)
- Proven ability to assess client needs and put together a presentation for the client that addresses and meets their requirements
- Proven ability to close a sale
- High degree of self motivation combined with time management skills
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style and tenacity to deliver
- Ability to understand and negotiate with customers in relations to fees, products and services
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet goals
- Ability to travel is a must
