Operations Specialist

Description
As Operations Specialist you will be responsible for processing the foreign exchange orders from our clients, entering the orders into our computer system, and verifying the accuracy of orders.  The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to process all transactions and ensure accurate and timely completion. This position requires that you be able to work quickly and accurately to meet daily deadlines.

Essential Functions:

• Enter foreign currency requests for clients, by inserting data from all faxed and emailed orders, including wires, drafts, forwards, spot transactions, holding accounts, account transfers, and scheduled payments. 
• Utilise all Ruesch International application systems to verify, modify, and monitor transaction and modification queues. 
• Communicate with the sales teams to update banking information and ensure the accuracy of questionable transactions. 
• Using verification management system, ensure transaction completed with in appropriate timeframe and the compliance documents and special instructions are followed
• Manage discrepancies, research, resolve and apply appropriate problem solving methods

Requirements
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Ability to operate a computer in a Windows environment and knowledge of Word or WordPerfect is also desirable.
