We currently have opportunities for a full-time Sales Support Coordinator to support our Canadian Global Business Payment team.
In the Sales Support Coordinator role, the individual will assist the Canadian team in meeting their goals by managing key sales processes, sales information tracking and reporting and customer event execution. This role is essential to the success of the sales effort and provides significant contribution to the value we bring to the customer.
The successful Candidates will have the following Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate processing of new account setup/current accounts that includes preparing lead packets for prospects, welcome kits, etc.
- Responsible for reviewing content of new client applications to ensure complete before forwarding to Credit
- Follow up with credit to ensure proper client set up is completed
- Responsible for creating and completing Tracking logs as required
- Responsible for reviewing all expenses submitted from Canadian sales team members in territory, receipts attached and that Travel & Entertainment guidelines followed
- Plan and organize customer events, trade show, team/regional meetings, etc.
- Assist with business development activities, as appropriate
