Ruesch International is recruiting Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) to join its global sales team selling cutting edge, real time global business payments systems. The positions will be located in our New York City, Washington, DC, and Chicago offices. Responsibilities
- Understand currency markets and how Ruesch’s products and services apply to business and create value for the customer
- Engage directly with financial professionals within (CFO, Treasurer, and Controller) commercial businesses to understand their Business Payments needs both domestically and internationally
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to ensure that daily/monthly sales targets are achieved to meet company expectations
- Find prospects, understand their needs, present our solution, gain commitment, close and grow business through effective account management
- Work with the Regional Sales Director to develop tactics that will increase revenue
- Maintain up-to-date prospects and sales activity data using our Customer Relationship Management system
- Maintain collaborative relationships with all members of Sales, Trading and Client Relationship Management to help nurture and sustain new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience within a business-to-business sales environment
- Experience with solution selling, preferably in the finance, IT or related industries
- Substantial and demonstrated success in lead generating through customer prospecting to C-level professionals (cold calling)
- Proven ability to assess client needs and put together a presentation for the client that addresses and meets their requirements
- Proven ability to close a sale through track record of sales results
- High degree of self motivation combined with time management skills
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style and tenacity to deliver
- Ability to understand and negotiate with customers in relations to fees, products and services
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet goals
- Ability to travel is a must
- Financial aptitude
- Can work productively in an office environment
- Strong references – previous employers and customers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
