Ruesch International Hires Sales and Marketing Veterans

Washington, DC—May 23, 2006—Ruesch International, Inc., a leading provider of international payment services headquartered in Washington, DC is pleased to announce that John M. Perry has joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

John has joined Ruesch International from Pay By Touch Payment Solutions, where he served as President. He has more than 19 years of executive leadership in e-commerce and the payment processing industry, including experience in general management, business-to-business sales and marketing. During his career he served as Chairman and CEO of Spectrum, an independent electronic payments company, as well as President and COO of NOVA Information Systems, Inc., and held executive positions with First Data, Visa U.S.A. and Wells Fargo Bank. He earned a B.S. in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Executive Masters in Management (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

John’s position in Ruesch is a newly created one, designed as a result of Ruesch International’s continuing efforts to position the company as a leader in global payments.

Additionally Ruesch International announced that Tracey Lopes has joined the firm as Director of Marketing. She will have all marketing responsibilities related to communication, lead production, advertising and promotion.

Tracey brings substantial marketing and management experience to her role at Ruesch International. Prior to joining Ruesch, she worked as a marketing consultant for Pay By Touch Payment Solutions, managing advertising, tradeshows, direct mail and lead generation for a national sales force. In previous roles with Nova Information Systems, Bridgeview Bank and Harbridge Merchant Services she led data enhancement projects utilizing her six years of experience working for Dun and Bradstreet's Marketing Services division and Donnelley Directory.

Tracey has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Communications from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
