| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Washington, DC—September 5, 2006—Ruesch International, Inc., a leading provider of global payment services headquartered in Washington, DC is pleased to announce the addition of two senior executives. Robin Brooks has joined Ruesch International as Corporate Controller and Amee Desjourdy had joined the company as Vice President, Human Resources. In the newly created role of Corporate Controller, Robin will be responsible for the Company’s financial reporting, accounts payable, reconciliation, internal controls and overall management of day-to-day accounting matters. Robin will be reporting to Marc Van Doorn, Chief Financial Officer. Robin brings to Ruesch over 20 years of financial management experience. She most recently served as a Vice President in Marriott International’s corporate finance department, supervising a team of more than 40 accounting/finance professionals. Prior to joining Marriott, Robin worked for 12 years at Inova Health System, headquartered in Northern Virginia. While with Inova, Robin held a variety of finance/accounting-related roles, ultimately serving as Corporate Controller. Robin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Virginia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic University. As Vice President, Human Resources, Amee will be responsible for managing recruiting, benefits, training, and compensation as well as Associate development and relations. Amee will also play an important role in defining and implementing strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and succession planning. Amee comes to Ruesch with over 10 years of experience in human resources. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources at American Capital Strategies, a publicly traded private equity firm headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Previously, Amee was Director of Human Resources at the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). While at NASD, Amee managed the Human Resources Services Group, consisting of a national team of 23 Recruiters and HR Managers working on the full spectrum of human resource issues. She also was responsible for NASD’s Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance programs.
