  • How do I download or renew my RueschLINK digital certificate?
    Obtaining or renewing a digital certificate involves a two-step process: Step I, “Requesting a Digital Certificate” and Step II, “Downloading your Digital Certificate” 24 hours later. Step-by-step instructions are provided by clicking on the Digital Certificate link on the login page for RueschLINK. Please note that the specific instructions will vary depending on your internet browser type. If you need additional assistance, please contact your Ruesch representative.

  • How can I find out the status of a payment?
    To verify the status of a payment, you can contact your Ruesch representative or login to your RueschLINK account. If you are using RueschLINK, you can use the Quick Search feature under the Reports tab to view payment details including when a payment was initiated, when it cleared, and when Ruesch received your settlement funds.

  • How can I get confirmation of the execution of a payment?
    For wire transfers, Ruesch can automatically send a Beneficiary Notification e-mail informing your beneficiary that payment was initiated, saving you the hassle of processing and faxing manual payment confirmations. You can also use this service to alert your colleagues and associates of initiated wire payments, helping you seamlessly keep everyone in your organization informed of account activity. The complimentary service is easy to set up. Simply provide your Ruesch representative with the e-mail addresses when you place your order or enter them in the fields provided in RueschLINK. Your e-mail preferences can be stored in your account to have them applied to every order associated with that beneficiary.
    Payment confirmations can also be printed from RueschLINK or you can request copies from your Ruesch representative.

  • How do I get my Ruesch account enabled for Direct Debit?
    Your Ruesch representative can provide your with an Direct Debit application. You will need to provide your banking details and a voided cheque. To ensure proper security, you will also need to fill out a security authorization form. Once your application is completed, simply send the materials back to Ruesch via fax or mail. Upon receipt by Ruesch, it generally takes 24-48 hours for an account to be enabled for Direct Debit.

  • How can I get notified of favourable market movements?
    With Ruesch's complimentary Currency Tracker service, you will receive an automatic e-mail alert if the market reaches your desired exchange rate. The complimentary service can monitor rates for more than 50 international currencies based on your specific preferences. The service can be set up on RueschLINK or by your Ruesch representative.
    With a Standing Order, Ruesch monitors the market for you and if the market reaches your desired rate, your order is automatically processed. This enables you to capitalise on favourable exchange rates when you are unable to personally monitor the market and initiate a transaction. Standing Orders can monitor the market 24 hours a day for up to a week, after which the Standing Order can be renewed if the market has not reached the specified rate. You can also cancel the Standing Order if it has not already been executed should your currency needs change.
    Both services are provided free of charge to Ruesch clients and your Ruesch representative can assist you in determining a target rate that is appropriate for existing market conditions.

  • How do I subscribe to MarketLink services?
    Customised MarketLink subscriptions can be set up by your Ruesch representative.
